Established in 1986 by Nikki Boa-Amponsem as a beauty and slimming salon, 2nd Image currently operates as a full-fledged beauty clinic committed to the provision of quality beauty and slimming services as well as training programs in the beauty industry in Ghana. As a full-service beauty clinic, 2nd Image International has since its inception groomed and treated hundreds of people (both men and women) of various skin and body conditions - permanently changing their lifestyles to their advantage.

The Fashion Design program at 2nd Image College of Fashion offers creative opportunities to transform design ideas into garments and accessories. Academy
Age is no barrier, the youngest could be 16 and the oldest could be over 80. Mature students who want to catch up with modern technology and to improve on themselves are encouraged to enrol at the academy.
